Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photo proofs of damage and receipt is submitted to candere.candleworks@gmail.com within 72 hours of arrival.

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. We also cannot accept exchanges, returns or refunds on sale items, limited edition items, or any item that is older than 30 days since the date of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale and Limited Edition Items
We cannot accept exchanges, refunds or return on sale items or limited edition products.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship the product to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
